Across a pale field of blue, mauve, cream, and warm grey, fine points of orange, green, pink, and yellow gather most densely through the centre. Larger translucent shapes remain visible around the perimeter, where the warm tone of the prepared panel remains visible between lighter marks. The changes in scale keep the surface from resolving into a uniform pattern.
