Warm ochre from the prepared panel remains prominent through the square, especially along the outer passages. Broad navy and near-black shapes cross the ground, while fine turquoise, pale blue, orange, and white marks gather in a diagonal concentration through the centre. The exposed warmth makes the layered colour and changes in mark size especially clear.
